Members of the 1-26 Association who earn FAI Silver, Gold or Diamond Badges
entirely in a 1-26 are eligible to receive a beautiful certificate for their
achievement.  Those who qualify must request this certificate from the
Association Record Keeper and provide the information needed to fill it out:

                  REQUEST FOR DIAMOND ACHIEVEMENT CERTIFICATE

In 1971, awards were established for members who make flights which qualify
for FAI Diamond Badge legs.  Members who desire these awards are required
to submit evidence to the Record Keeper that they attained the Diamond
in a 1-26 since August 1, 1971, or that they made a 1-26 flight which would
qualify for the FAI Diamond if they had already earned the FAI award.
